• You’ll establish our writing standards and own documentation across our product, customer support, and internal knowledge base.
• Your work will empower users, support teams, and AI-powered chatbots.
• Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
• Establish and standardize a content governance model.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Develop internal documentation for onboarding and technical support.
• Write chatbot-ready content optimized for AI platforms.
• Own the documentation stack and establish an efficient publication pipeline.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a technical writer in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience establishing or scaling a documentation system.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with chatbot or AI knowledge optimization is a plus.
• Experience with documentation tools like Guru, Slab, or GitHub.
• Bonus: experience working in energy trading or with support automation/chatbot platforms.
