ETRM/CTRM Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking to add a ETRM/CTRM Project Manager to our Customer Success team. This role is responsible for working with internal project teams to efficiently and successfully implement our software for new or expanding customers.

In Short

• Lead implementations of the Molecule product for new customers.
• Understand customer usage of Molecule.
• Build and maintain project plans.
• Plan and lead customer meetings.
• Navigate the organization for resources.
• Align internal and customer teams on status.
• Ensure smooth project processes.
• Report project status to leadership.
• Develop best practices for project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, strategy, commodities, CTRM, and management.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting.
• Experience in trading, especially energy/commodities.
• Structured and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong initiative and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
