• Leverage project management expertise to shape the future of higher education.
• Lead software initiatives within the higher education sector.
• Provide leadership for all assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Track and report on project budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish suitable project plans for assigned projects.
• Manage project resources and implementation teams.
• Support change management for the organization.
• Provide regular status reports to project sponsors and executives.
• Develop a risk management plan with the client.
• Work from home and travel approximately 25%.

Requirements

• Five+ years of experience managing software-related projects within Higher Education.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and Student Information Systems.
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in communicating and reporting at the executive level.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet.
• Ability to lead multiple projects for various clients.
• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 + bonus.
