Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing software-related projects in Higher Education.
• Experience in software enhancements and implementation.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Experience reporting at the executive level.
• Proficient with project management tools like Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Experience with ERP and Student Information Systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%).
