In Short

• Work with clients to implement and optimize Ellucian Banner.
• Collaborate with business units to understand financial operations.
• Consult on improving business processes using technology.
• Configure the Banner financial module to meet business needs.
• Assist in testing and implementation of financial software.
• Troubleshoot issues related to system usage and configuration.
• Provide end-user training and support documentation.
• Stay updated on industry changes and recommend system enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in the Higher Education Industry.
• 5+ years of experience with Ellucian Banner.
• Experience implementing the Banner Finance module.
• Strong knowledge of financial operations in higher education.
• Experience in consulting to enhance business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues within Banner.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service approach.
