In Short

• Provide Slate CRM implementation services and general consulting, such as training, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients.
• Analyze current business practices and make recommendations to leverage various technology tools to improve business processes for admissions, retention, and advancement.
• Ability to adapt to varying challenges and varying levels of user knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with higher education clients to design, configure, and implement innovative Slate CRM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Slate CRM.
• Understanding of the admissions or advancement lifecycle.
• Passionate about helping institutions maximize Slate's potential.
• Client-facing engagement with required travel.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Slate.

Requirements

• 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry.
• 5 or more years of experience working with Technolutions Slate CRM.
• Ability to administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, and build reports and dashboards using CRM tools.
• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating CRM software.
• Experience developing HTML content.
• Ability to analyze business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Experience with data collection and designing workflows.
• Experience with building and managing integrations with third-party admissions applications.
• Experience in a consulting capacity focusing on enhancing business processes.
• Ability to travel over 25%.

• The salary range is $90,000 -$110,000 + Bonus.
