As a CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating closely with clients to drive results.

• Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform.

• 5+ years of experience in the CRM space required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist role.
• Strong attention to detail and QA skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and relational databases.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• C1 level of English proficiency.
• Experience in agency or client-facing roles.
• Helpful skills: Braze Certifications, extensive Braze experience, data analysis with SQL.
