Massive Rocket is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter to oversee and elevate our recruitment function during a period of rapid growth, managing a team of recruiters and refining processes to hire exceptional talent globally.

In Short

• Manage, mentor, and support a team of 2–3 recruiters.
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across various functions.
• Optimize recruitment tools and workflows.
• Track and report on hiring metrics.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers.
• Act as a brand ambassador for employer reputation.
• 5–10+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Strong background in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience in international recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Leadership or team management experience.
• Expertise in proactive sourcing and talent mapping.
• High competency in using ATS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives.
• Exposure to international recruitment across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Braze Marketer Certification is a bonus.
• Experience using Asana, Jira, Google docs is a bonus.
