Massive Rocket is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and business needs, in a fully remote environment.

• Manage client and vendor contract lifecycle including MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs.
• Lead drafting, negotiation, execution, and management of commercial agreements.
• Ensure contracts align with legal and organizational policies.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial contract management or legal operations.
• Proven ability to negotiate high-volume agreements in tech or consultancy environments.
• Strong drafting and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with contract lifecycle tools like PandaDocs or DocuSign.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Finance is required.
• Contract management certification is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years in contract management or legal advisory roles.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional agreements.
• Understanding of legal and commercial risk in services-based agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in contract management and collaboration tools.
• Experience with international clients and vendor onboarding.
• Legal training or JD is advantageous.
• Certification in contract management preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Ability to operate autonomously.
