Overview

As a Junior Finance Assistant at Massive Rocket, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly, supporting the Finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks.

In Short

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks
• Create, process, and track invoices
• Manage employee expenses and reimbursements
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Carry out data entry tasks
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities
• Organise financial files and documentation
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Respond to finance queries from internal teams
• Work closely with the Finance Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Up to two years’ experience in finance or accounting
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Confident using Google Sheets and Google Workspace
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Proactive mindset with a desire to learn
