Overview

The WEP Finance Assistant is responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger (Accounts Payable) function of the business, ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and paid in a timely manner, while providing excellent service to stakeholders.

  • Manage Purchase Ledger (Accounts Payable) function
  • Process PO and Non-PO invoices and vendor payments
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Resolve supplier queries promptly
  • Maintain accurate supplier records
  • Reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize ERP systems for financial transactions
  • Support team collaboration and maintain a clean ledger
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Accounting designation preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
