We are seeking a Lead Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive end-to-end hiring initiatives for high-impact roles across Cyara.

• Champion a world-class candidate experience and promote Cyara’s employer brand.
• Act as subject matter expert on labor markets and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and headcount planning.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across technical, sales, and corporate functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate panels to identify top candidates.
• Analyze and report on strategic recruiting metrics.
• Manage special hiring initiatives such as university recruiting.
• Uphold compliance with recruitment policies and DEIB standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven experience hiring for technical and leadership roles.
• Proficient in Excel for analyzing recruiting metrics.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Natural player-coach qualities.
