Overview

Rep-Lite is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This position focuses on full-cycle recruitment, particularly in medical sales and clinical support roles.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Self-starter with remote work capability.
• Passion for healthcare or talent acquisition is a plus.
• Must reside in the United States.
