Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and delivering exceptional talent.

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders.
• Review candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements.
• Manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques.
• Engage candidates through various media.
• Prepare candidates for interviews.
• Assess candidates through phone interviews and skills testing.
• Communicate status updates to candidates.
• Provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ recruiting experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles related to talent acquisition.
