Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client while delivering exceptional talent.

In Short

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders.
• Review candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques.
• Engage candidates through various media.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Provide regular reporting of recruiting activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with recruitment technologies and ATS.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles related to talent acquisition.
