Overview

As the first Recruiter at AirGarage, you will partner closely with founders and leaders to expand our teams and build out our recruiting process.

In Short

• Assist in scaling the team to better serve customers.
• Sourcing and closing top-tier talent across the US and globally.
• Ensure candidates understand AirGarage's unique value as a tech company.
• Own the recruiting process and help build a people team as we scale.
• Bring in candidates from various sources and guide them through hiring stages.
• Support non-recruiting people functions like compensation planning and annual reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Excited to build a talent function from the ground up.
• Comfortable with the entire recruiting cycle.
• Creative in connecting with talent.
• Ability to partner with leadership to translate business needs into hiring goals.
• Attention to detail and pride in a clean recruiting pipeline.
• Fast-moving and constantly seeking areas of improvement.
• Analytical and use numbers to track progress.
• Passion for exceptional candidate experience.
• Ability to discern true talent beyond resumes.
