Onboarding Lead - Remote

Overview

The Onboarding Lead will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new AirGarage partners, ensuring a smooth transition to AirGarage’s platform.

In Short

• Own the launch process for new properties from deal closure to post-launch.
• Act as the main point of contact for property owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across teams to meet all launch dependencies.
• Manage communications and set clear expectations with partners.
• Drive internal execution and accountability among teams involved in onboarding.
• Gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.
• Develop high-quality client-facing onboarding materials.
• Implement process improvements for onboarding efficiency.
• Work with design and marketing teams to align messaging.
• Maintain a library of onboarding resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partner success, implementation, project management, or operations.
• Willingness to travel for new location launches (25% travel).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively.
• Genuine desire to create great experiences for partners.
