Overview

This role acts as the primary point of contact for a variety of large-scale clients during the discovery phase of a client’s onboarding experience. The Client Onboarding Lead will gather, analyze and document business requirements across all areas of our platform with both clients and vendors.

In Short

  • Serves as main contact for Onboarding strategic planning and client relationship.
  • Leads discovery sessions resulting in detailed business requirements.
  • Acts as subject matter expert for delivery model and requirements application.
  • Assesses and mitigates risk during project discovery.
  • Communicates project expectations and progress to clients and team members.
  • Participates in business development and increases revenue opportunities.
  • Demonstrates initiative and drive in a fast-paced environment.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in benefit administration industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration or Consulting.
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes.
  • Fluency with MS Office tools, including Access, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience leading multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
  • Experience defining and documenting processes for continuous improvement.
