Overview

Hex Trust is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented KYC analyst to join its Client Management team, acting as an interface between clients and internal stakeholders for onboarding and reviews.

In Short

• Perform initial client due diligence based on established procedures.
• Ensure KYC documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about regulatory developments in the crypto space.
• Partner with Sales to document clients’ onboarding purposes.
• Address and resolve onboarding/KYC issues for clients.
• Manage onboarding requests based on urgency/profitability.
• Track onboarding/review progress and identify potential blockers.
• Escalate recurring issues and work with management to resolve them.
• Identify gaps in policies and processes for improvement.
• Create and report on metrics related to onboarding timelines.
