Overview

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed and insured digital asset custodian, seeking an AML Compliance Specialist to support compliance operations and manage daily activities within the Compliance department.

In Short

• Support the expansion of Hex Trust's compliance operations globally.
• Manage daily activities of the Compliance department.
• Responsible for transaction monitoring for on-chain and fiat transactions.
• Conduct due diligence checks and information searches.
• Review and approve KYC client profiles.
• Perform documentation reviews and sanctions screening.
• Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Report directly to the VP of Compliance.
• Engage with various stakeholders to ensure compliance standards.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the company’s AML program.

Requirements

• Experience in AML compliance and KYC processes.
• Strong analytical skills for transaction monitoring.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the digital asset space.
