Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Specialist at ABC Legal Services will be responsible for ensuring compliance with service events and providing education to process servers while working remotely from Puerto Rico.

In Short

• Review service events for compliance with requirements.
• Provide education and instruction to process servers.
• Investigate service complaints and create reports.
• Update and analyze process server records.
• Perform required audits of logbooks.
• Audit service event histories.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6-12 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Writing experience in a professional environment preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills a must.
• Detail-oriented and able to learn quickly.
• Ability to work remotely using Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
