Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of regulatory operations for TerrAscend Corp, and its operating markets.

In Short

• Conduct regulatory compliance audits to ensure conformance with regulatory requirements.
• Support business units with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and maintenance.
• Oversee and implement compliance training as needed.
• Aid in the development and submission of documentation to regulatory agencies.
• Utilize inventory tracking systems to monitor operations.
• Ensure all required documentation is in full compliance.
• Maintain compliance documentation as assigned.
• Stay updated with changes in legislation and regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum of 2 years of compliance and/or related professional experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Good organizational and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Willingness to submit to a comprehensive background check.
