As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at TerrAscend will serve as a strategic advisor and financial steward of the organization, responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, operational planning, and compliance within the unique landscape of the regulated cannabis industry.

Requirements

• 15+ years of financial leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of cannabis regulations and tax structures.
• Proven success in capital markets and investor relations.
• Strong grasp of GAAP accounting and audit processes.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with executive presence.
• High integrity and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with financial systems, preferably NetSuite.
