Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TerrAscend, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Grow & Process and Retail locations, playing a vital role in securing top talent while enhancing candidate experience and supporting diversity initiatives.

In Short

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews and support hiring managers.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Provide coaching on interviewing and selection.
• Develop talent pipelines through community engagement.
• Represent TerrAscend at job fairs and hiring events.
• Partner on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts.
• Maintain accurate reporting of candidate pipelines.
• Manage recruiting projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS tools.
• Experience with behavioral interview techniques.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits.
