Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, Phenom).
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and strategies (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Experience in MSP/Key Account Recruitment/delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of Swiss labor leasing contractor law is preferred.
• Fluent in English and German.
