• Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary six-month assignment.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Assist hiring managers in defining job requirements and qualifications.
• Manage sourcing efforts to attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Present and negotiate job offers.
• Represent Brightcore Energy within the renewable energy community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in renewable energy.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Success in sourcing passive talent and building pipelines.
• Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
