In Short

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles primarily across the EMEA region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the global People team.
• Ensure compliance with regional hiring laws.
• Build strong talent pipelines.
• Contribute to talent brand initiatives.
• Work with the US team on open roles if no EMEA roles are active.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting across the EMEA region.
• Track record of hiring for a variety of roles.
• Experience in a global, fast-paced SaaS or tech company.
• Familiarity with local hiring practices across EMEA countries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative.
• Care about candidate experience and building inclusive teams.
• Some travel is required.
