Sr. Solutions Architect - DXP - Remote

Overview

As a Sr. Solutions Architect - DXP, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their DXP implementation journey, providing expert consulting on software enablement, installation, and architecture best practices.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their data architecture and business objectives.
• Provide expert consultation on Contentstack Real-time CDP enablement and optimization.
• Lead discovery sessions to design tailored architecture solutions.
• Oversee implementation and deployment of Real-time CDP.
• Design scalable architectures tailored to customer ecosystems.
• Guide customers on data governance and compliance best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Contribute to best practice frameworks and reusable solution assets.
• 8-12 years of experience in Solution Architecture or similar roles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or SQL for data manipulation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CDP platforms, preferably Lytics.
• Hands-on expertise with API integrations and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong proficiency in CDP platforms with a focus on Lytics or similar.
• Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Action-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience in Technical Account/Customer Service roles is preferred.
• Broad knowledge of content management systems is a plus.
