In Short

• Support the growing EMEA team as a People Operations Specialist.
• Deliver a smooth and welcoming employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions tailored for EMEA time zones.
• Serve as the go-to point of contact for employee questions.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
• Partner with IT for seamless onboarding setups.
• Support compliance with local labor laws across multiple countries.
• Document and improve People Ops processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and regional leadership.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in People Operations or HR coordination.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple EMEA countries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable presenting and facilitating group sessions.
• Familiar with HR systems like BambooHR and Slack.
• Collaborative, discreet, and empathetic.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about building a great employee experience.
• Some travel is required.
