As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our fantastic HR Shared Services Team.

The People Operations Specialist will provide support to Precision’s employees, managers and HR Business Partners within a shared services model as we stand up our new regional HR Shared Services Centre team. This role will be part of a broader People Operations team across multiple geographic regions, responsible for managing HR transactions and processes and providing support for HR inquiries from employees and other stakeholders. This role works under the direction of the Senior Manager, People Operations & Shared Services based in the United States, as part of the global People Operations and HR Shared Services team. The role will coordinate with HR resources across the globe to ensure HR service and delivery is consistent and timely.

In Short

• Responsible for accurate data entry into HRIS system for various transactions.
• Complete HR processes and transactions in a timely manner.
• Create memorandums for HR data changes and maintain compliance.
• Assist with the coordination of employment-related data for payroll.
• Provide support during audits by reviewing information and retrieving files.
• Answer inquiries from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
• Display knowledge of HR policies to assist with employee questions.
• Aid in navigation of HR self-service resources and tools.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel data.
• Assist in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• HS Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years’ HR experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• HR ticketing system experience preferred.
• Experience with HCM or HRIS systems such as SAP Successfactors, ADP.
• Bi-lingual in English and a secondary language preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail for data integrity management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced proficiency preferred.
