People Operations Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Freelance/contractor position for 16-24 hours per week.
• Work with a team of 8 in a hybrid mode from our Eindhoven office.
• Responsibilities include data preparation for payroll and finance.
• Administer employee benefits and liaise with providers.
• Maintain and update employee records in BambooHR, Deel, and Remote.com.
• Prepare HR documentation and handle employee inquiries.
• Identify and implement process optimizations.
• 4+ years of experience in HR administration or payroll data prep.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch/Italian/German is a plus.

Requirements

• 4+ years in HR administration, payroll data prep, or benefits coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with HRIS and contractor/EOR platforms.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
