In Short

• Contribute to people operations process improvement projects and initiatives.
• Create a hospitality-like experience for all Kasa team members.
• Administer HR Processes including onboarding and off-boarding.
• Manage IT and TechOps onboarding/off-boarding processes.
• Organize and update content within our internal wiki.
• Maintain system administration for people operations technology stack.
• Generate reports on HR metrics.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., ADP) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
