Overview

The People Operations Specialist will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle in a remote role, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and operational excellence within a global People & Culture team.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across global regions.

Requirements

• Experience with HR systems like Rippling, Hi Bob, or BambooHR is a plus.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
