People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

In Short

• Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries through the FreshService ticketing system.
• Administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Identify and implement innovative process improvements.
• Champion the use of automation and technology to optimize HR workflows.
• Master HRIS and ATS systems for data integrity.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary evidence.
• Pull standard reports from ATS & HRIS.
• Create and maintain internal FAQs to improve efficiencies.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience within operations, preferably in global HR.
• Competent using technology and maintaining electronic employee files.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
