• Support global workforce inquiries via Zendesk.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues related to employee processes.

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
• Support payroll and benefits processing.
• Advise on HR policy and process best practices.
• Conduct HR data audits for compliance.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling.
• Support global mobility and immigration processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years HR experience focusing on HR Operations.
• Experience with US Immigration cases.
• Solid knowledge of employment life cycle practices in the USA.
• Curiosity to learn about LATAM and APAC HR practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage routine HR tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Demonstrated curiosity for career growth and learning.
