Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Coordinate benefits administration, payroll processes, and attendance management.
Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR tools.
Ensure accuracy in HRIS data and generate HR metrics reports.
Assist in audits and compliance reporting.
Proactive and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
5–7 years of experience in People Operations required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Requirements
