Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and consultative Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle, non-technical hiring across global regions, with a primary focus on India and the U.S.

In Short

  • Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles across business functions in India and the U.S.
  • Conduct strategic intake meetings to define hiring needs and advise hiring managers.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Provide data-driven insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
  • Ensure an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Use recruiting metrics to drive pipeline visibility and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate on recruitment process improvements.
  • Serve as a thought partner and mentor to junior recruiters.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in non-technical talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional searches.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience building and presenting talent maps and sourcing metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in global hiring.
  • Expertise in candidate engagement and diversity hiring strategies.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and prioritization skills.
