Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Lead, Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic People team at HighLevel, a cloud-based marketing and sales platform. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for positions across the U.S. and LATAM regions.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience leading hiring across multiple functions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a scaled hiring environment.
• Strong understanding of employment laws.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• A bias for action and adaptability.
