• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team focused on inbound applications.
• Build relationships with technical leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Design training content for Hiring Managers to enhance candidate experience.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
• Maintain the ATS (Lever) for accurate reporting and data integrity.
• Contribute to Compensation and Benefits initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on inbound candidates.
• 1+ years leading a team in Talent Acquisition.
• Knowledge in other HR areas beyond recruitment.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in data and analytics for recruitment strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred).
