Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team. This role is ideal for someone with some managerial experience, capable of leading a small team while delivering on core responsibilities within the Talent Acquisition function.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience as a recruiter.
• Proven experience in people leadership and coaching.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using Greenhouse, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Previous experience hiring for consulting firms is a plus.
