RemoteOtterRemoteOtterThe People Advisor is a critical support role within the People Operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth and effective delivery of HR services and processes across the employee lifecycle. As the first point of contact for employee HR queries in the region, this role provides guidance on policies, onboarding, performance, and rewards. Working closely with the Senior People Advisor and regional teams, the People Advisor helps maintain compliance, facilitates employee relations, and contributes to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
