People Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Coordinator is a foundational role within the People Operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role supports the People Advisors and Senior People Advisors in delivering high-quality HR services, maintaining data integrity, coordinating administrative tasks, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve our people operations.

• Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR queries.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
• Support the People Ops team in coordinating documentation and updates.
• Coordinate logistics for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Liaise with hiring managers and TA colleagues.
• Assist with exit processes and documentation.
• Enter, maintain, and audit HRIS data.
• Support compliance-related updates.
• Assist in preparing People Ops reports.
• Act as the operational link between People Operations and Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Initial experience in administrative, HR, or operations roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and HR systems.
• Interest in developing a career in People Operations.
