Growth & Partnerships Manager - Remote

Overview

Delivery Associates (DA) is seeking a strategic and highly organized Growth and Partnerships Specialist to strengthen how we pursue, position ourselves, and secure new opportunities across our global portfolio that deliver real-world public impact. Sitting at the center of our business development and strategy implementation efforts, this role combines direct support to senior leadership with ownership of systems, materials, and coordination to ensure we bring the right mix of tools, people, and ideas to each opportunity.

In Short

• Provide direct support to the Chief Growth and Impact Officer and senior leadership.
• Lead the development and maintenance of core business development materials.
• Conduct prospect and stakeholder research.
• Draft and tailor client-facing materials.
• Coordinate across internal teams.
• Support follow-through on high-priority pipeline opportunities.
• Maintain and improve the use of DA’s CRM.
• Contribute to the improvement of business development systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Business, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–6 years in consulting, business development, communications, or partnerships.
• Strong proficiency with MS365 Workspace and CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities.
