Overview

The Growth and Partnerships Manager drives revenue growth through strategic relationship-building and identifying upsell and budget expansion opportunities with existing clients & platform partners. You'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives and performance metrics, identify areas for growth, and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals.

In Short

  • Own and nurture a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Lead and manage the process of pitching QuickFrame’s solutions.
  • Forecast and manage new business opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Use data to inform upsell conversations and improve client strategies.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage win-back opportunities for paused or lost clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and execute upsell opportunities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of AdTech and video production processes.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and Excel.
  • Experience in creating and presenting compelling presentations.
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
