Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with LLMs, NLP, and generative AI.
• Proven track record of building internal tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Passion for human-centered AI solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments.
