MNTN is looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to build scalable, high-performance systems for Connected TV advertising, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance efficiency while maintaining a people-first approach.

In Short

Design and build a robust marketing platform.

Requirements

5+ years of Java development experience (Kotlin preferred).
Strong SQL skills (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL preferred).
Experience with microservices and building high-quality APIs.
Familiarity with OLAP systems and big data challenges.
Experience with AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with writing test cases in Python.
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Experience with AI productivity tools and event streaming (Kafka).
Strong problem-solving skills.
