Overview

We are looking for a bar-raising Partner Growth team member to work with our enterprise-sized partners to help them get the most out of their partnership with cargo.one. Your mission will be growing relationships with airlines and large freight forwarders to drive theirs and cargo.one's success.

In Short

  • Own the P&L of a portfolio of partners and manage their success on the platform.
  • Lead new airline and freight forwarder integrations, including project management, onboarding.
  • Define and execute a growth roadmap, including product development initiatives and market launches.
  • Be a trusted digital advisor to our partners, guiding them through their digital transformation journey.
  • Work with our Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Analytics teams to deliver the best partner experience.
  • Travel the world to visit and build relationships with our partners from Canada to Singapore.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role (airline, logistics or professional services experience is a plus).
  • You are characterized by excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.
  • You have the ability to build strong, long-term, value-driven relationships with various stakeholders.
  • You possess entrepreneurial drive and the ability to be creative, take initiative and take risks.
