Strategy & Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our CEO Office. This is a high impact role working closely with the leadership team on diverse fast paced projects that have impact across the business. You’ll be a hands-on operator driving projects, building scalable processes, and helping our leadership team make fast, high-quality decisions.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical toolkit - advanced Excel/Sheets skills, self-sufficient in SQL and BI tools a must.
• Proven project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Excellent communicator; you bring clarity, influence, and structure to complex issues.
• Builder mindset: you thrive on designing systems, processes, and solutions that scale.
• Pragmatic and outcome-focused; you care about making things work, not just making them look good.
