Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ year of experience, preferably in a high-growth company.
• Background in Consulting or Process Improvement preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Leadership abilities to drive change.
• Experience working with diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to analyze large data sets.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA.
