Overview

As a Growth Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving and elevating our network of affiliates, influencers, and key opinion leaders in your region, focusing on developing and implementing growth initiatives.

  • Manage relationships with affiliates, influencers, and KOLs in your region.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, Legal, and Analytics teams.

  • Provide actionable reporting to stakeholders for decision making.
  • Work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Propose partnerships strategies and cross-regional initiatives.
  • Act as the point of contact for partnership escalations.
  • Drive measurable improvements in KPIs through growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with impact.com or comparable partnership management tools.
  • 3-5+ years in partnership management or affiliate marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in growing marketing partnerships programmes.
  • Prior experience in sports products, digital assets, or financial services.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset for data interpretation.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder projects concurrently.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal English.
  • Passion for digital marketing and making financial products accessible.
  • Resourceful problem solver with a strong understanding of US culture.
